My name is Allison Eggett. I am 21 years old and a student at UVSC - the soon to be UVU! I am an Elementary Education major, and I want to teach upper elementary when I graduate in the Spring of 2009.
When I graduated from Timpanogos High School (Go T-Wolves!!) in 2004 I started taking classes at UVSC planning to go into Nursing. In January of this year, after I had finished all of my nursing pre-requisite classes, I decided to switch majors, so here I am! I am really enjoying my classes this semester.
I was born in North Carolina. When I was 1 1/2 my family moved to Washington State. I lived there until I was almost 12. I loved it there! I had a ton of fun with all of my friends. I loved school and loved to be outside! Moving to Utah was a hard move for me, but I really enjoy Utah now!
I have an older sister, Elise, who is married to Ryan and they live in Mission Viejo, California (which is in Orange County). I also have a younger sister who is a Sophomore in high school. I currently live with my parents, although I have lived in a few different apartments, but traveling is important to me, and so I end up living at home so that I can pay to travel!
I love taking big trips, but most of the time they're small ones. Ever since my sister got married and moved to California, I have loved traveling there! Elise and I were really good friends before she got married, so to have her move all the way to California was tough on me. I love to go visit her! Plus I love the beach, and I absolutely love having a free place to stay!
